Author of The Anesthesiologist

Meet the Author

A couple of years ago, an event humbled me to the core. It wasn’t the first time, but I vowed it would be the last.

Most stories end in triumph: hearts find their way home, justice rises from the ashes, good prevails over evil, and in my case, a soul fights its way back from the brink.

I’ve been in recovery for over a decade. I am one of many who have reached their lowest point, found the strength to rise again, and chose to strive for new heights. A thorough introspection has allowed me to gain access to parts of myself I never knew existed.

In addition to a meaningful career in anesthesia, I enjoy writing as a way to explore personal transformation, the human experience, and the pursuit of growth. Outside of work, I seek out thoughtful conversations, watch and play sports, follow a rigorous health and fitness regimen, and explore metaphysical ideas that deepen my understanding of life and connection.
